How many hours is the course?
The on-demand course includes 8 hours of materials, featuring sample classes and scientific research, which you can complete at your own pace. Enrolling in the 4-hour live course unlocks all the on-demand resources and provides an additional 4 hours of interactive learning with the creators.
Does this come with CECs?
Yes! We offer ACE, AFAA and NASM credits for 8 hours.
Is there a membership fee?
There is a fee of $7.99 per month to maintain access to the MyFIIT membership, which includes full classes, the entire Mindy Mylrea workout library, video recipes, One Minute to Wellness, and thousands of exercise videos for tools like Gliding Discs, Bender Balls, BOSU, and more.
What class resources are included?
