Where Did Tabata Bootcamp Go?

Tabata Bootcamp was a revolutionary fitness program created by Mindy Mylrea that emerged from a simple yet powerful concept: science-backed, high-intensity interval training paired with a behavior-change-focused 8-week boot camp. 

 

As the popularity of HIIT grew, Tabata Bootcamp gained traction and became a sought-after fitness program. However, as the fitness landscape evolved, it became evident that a static approach to programming was no longer sufficient.

 

Adapting fitness programs to changing science and consumer desires cannot be overstated. New research continually emerges, shedding light on the most effective training methods and nutritional strategies. Additionally, consumer preferences evolve as people seek diverse and engaging workout experiences. Tabata Bootcamp needed to adapt to these changes.

 

Introducing MyFIIT

Mindy Mylrea and Jessica Maurer recognized the potential for further innovation and growth. They saw an opportunity to update the proven effectiveness of Tabata Bootcamp with their own original programming, creating a more comprehensive and engaging fitness experience. From there, MyFIIT was created. The resources in Tabata Bootcamp, Tabata GX, and Tabata Express have all been merged into this new certification, membership, and 8-week program. 

 

With its dynamic blend of variable-intensity interval training and a scientifically proven protocol, MyFIIT is engineered to ignite change your clients – mind, body and spirit. This program can be taught in 2 ways – Group Fitness or an 8-Week Bootcamp style program. Our certification course unlocks both potentials for you.

 

This program provided trainers and clients with all the necessary content, including workout plans, nutrition guidance, and motivational tools in a pre-designed 8-week program. By eliminating the need for extensive planning and preparation, MyFIIT allows trainers to focus on building relationships with their clients and delivering exceptional results.

 

MyFIIT’s monthly membership was expanded to include all the content delivered by One Day to Wellness, Mindy’s previous workout videos, and Jessica’s extensive business and marketing webinars. This integration provided members and trainers with a holistic approach to health and wellness, addressing both fitness, mindfulness and nutrition needs.

 

The Move Mentors

Mindy and Jessica didn’t stop with just one program offering. They updated Fluid Strength, launched a Business Bootcamp, created SASS, and planned to produce more workshops, lectures, and courses. Thus, The Move Mentors was born.

 

The Move Mentors is more than just a collection of fitness programs—it’s a community and a resource hub designed to empower fitness professionals to grow and thrive in their careers.
